开环式微创痔吻合器治疗痔疮的围手术期护理

Perioperative Nursing of Open Loop Minimally Invasive Treatment of Hemorrhoids Hemorrhoids Stapler

目的 探讨开环式微创痔吻合器治疗痔疮围手术期的护理方法。方法 选取2014年3月-2015年6月来我院采用开环式微创痔吻合器治疗痔疮的100例患者为例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结其围术期的护理方法。结果 100例患者患者均顺利完成手术,经围术期护理后,均治愈出院。结论 对于开环式微创痔吻合器治疗痔疮的患者实时围手术期护理,是促进手术顺利的重要保证,能够使患者更快的恢复。

Objective To explore the nursing methods of open-loop minimally invasive treatment of hemorrhoids stapler in perioperative period. Methods From March 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital, adopts open loop minimally invasive procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids hemorrhoids treatment of 100 patients, for example, the retrospective analysis of the clinical data, summarize the peri operative nursing methods. Results 100 patients patients were successfully completed surgery and perioperative nursing, were cured and discharged from hospital. Conclusion For open loop minimally invasive procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids in the treatment of hemorrhoids patients real-time peri operative nursing, promote the smooth operation of the important guarantee to make patients recover more quickly.
