临床护理路径在恶性肿瘤介入治疗中的应用

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Interventional Therapy of Malignant Tumor

目的 研究临床护理路径在恶性肿瘤介入治疗患者中的应用价值。方法 将我院2013年10月-2015年11月收治的60例恶性肿瘤介入治疗患者随机分为2组,对照组接受常规护理,观察组进行临床护理路径,观察2组患者的不良反应发生情况及患者的住院时间和费用。结果 观察组患者不良反应发生率为63.33%,医疗费用（7436.51±354.62）元,住院时间（12.36±0.34）d,均低于对照组,P〈0.05。结论 临床护理路径在恶性肿瘤介入治疗患者中的应用价值较高。

Objective To study the value of clinical nursing pathway in patients with malignant tumor interventional therapy. Methods 60 cases of patients with malignant tumor interventional therapy from October 2013 to November 2015 were divided into 2 groups. The control group received routine nursing care, observation group clinical nursing path, adverse reaction and hospital stay, cost. Results The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 63.33%, the medical expenses （7 436.51±354.62）, and the length of stay （12.36±0.34） d were lower than those in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway in patients with malignant tumor interventional treatment is higher.
