关节置换围术期快速康复研究进展 被引量：14

摘要 当代全膝关节及全髋关节置换术后患者的体验与10年前有明显不同。10年前,绝大多数的膝关节和髋关节置换术患者仍然以传统模式进行护理,因为他们被假定为需要大量的医院干预,很多不必要且昂贵的干预（如留置导尿管、自控镇痛泵、自体输血、持续被动运动机器）被认为是术后早期康复的常规。如今,减少过多的医院干预,对于大部分患者预计是安全、有效的。大多数的髋关节和膝关节外科医师认识到,围术期疼痛管理、血液管理及早期康复治疗方案的进步,
