摘要
以2-丁酮、氰基乙酸乙酯、二乙胺和硫为原料,乙醇为溶剂,在适当的温度下,反应一定的时间,合成了4,5-二甲基-3-乙氧羰基噻吩胺,将该噻吩胺与水杨醛反应合成了相应的Schiff碱配体,然后将该配体分别与铜(Ⅱ)、铁(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)、锰(Ⅱ)、钴(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)金属离子进行反应,合成了相应的6种过渡金属配合物。采用元素分析、电导率测定、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱对产物结构进行分析和表征。对配体及其配合物进行了抗菌活性测试,结果表明配合物的抗菌活性强于Schiff碱配体。
With 2-butanone,ethyl cyanoacetate,diethylamine and sulphur as raw material,ethanol as solvent,under appropriate temperature and reaction time,3-carboxyethyl-4,5-dimethyl thiophene amine was synthesized.The corresponding Schiff base ligand was synthesized by the reaction of the thiophene amine with salicylaldehyde.Then six corresponding transition metal complexes were synthesized respectively by complexing Cu(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),Mn(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ)metal ion with the Schiff base.By using elemental analysis、electric conductance determination、IR、1 H-NMR spectra,the structure of the product was analyzed and characterized.The antibacterial activity of the ligand and complexes was tested and the results showed that the antibacterial activity of the complexes was stronger than that of Schiff base ligand.
