电子级碱式碳酸镍的制备工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 以电镀含镍废液生产得到的硫酸镍溶液为原料,碳酸钠为沉淀剂,并采用氨水洗涤法制备电子级碱式碳酸镍产品。实验结果表明:在反加料、c(硫酸镍)=0.5mol/L、碳酸钠为饱和溶液,反应温度为70℃、反应终点pH=8.5、表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)添加量为0.025g/200mL硫酸镍溶液条件下合成,采用体积分数1%氨水、洗涤液固比(mL/g)为5∶1、洗涤4次后过滤、干燥可得到产品。采用化学分析、XRD、扫描电镜等方法对产品进行了分析,结果表明产品为碱式碳酸镍,形貌为类球形,杂质含量符合电子级碱式碳酸镍的产品要求。 In this paper,using nickel sulfate solution which was produced by nickel electroplating waste as raw material,sodium carbonate as the precipitating agent,with ammonia washed,electron-level basic nickel carbonate product was prepared.The results showed that:the electronic grade basic nickel carbonate product can be prepared under the following conditions:anti-feeding,the concentration of nickel sulfate was 0.5mol/L,sodium carbonate solution was saturated,the reaction temperature was 70℃,the reaction end pH was 8.5,a surfactant SDS dosage was 0.025g/200 mL nickel sulfate solution,using 1%(volume fraction)ammonia washing four times,with liquid to solid ratio was 5∶1mL/g.By chemical analysis,XRD,scanning electron microscopy and other methods,the products were analyzed,the results showed that the products are basic nickel carbonate,the morphology is spherical,the impurity content can meet electronic grade nickel carbonate product requirements.
