摘要
建立了测定盘龙七中w(岩白菜素)的反相高效液相色谱法。色谱条件为Agilent TC-C_(18)(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-φ(磷酸)=0.2%溶液(体积比10∶90)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长275nm;室温测定。结果表明岩白菜素质量浓度在1.04×10^(-2)~0.104mg/mL呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7)。该方法操作简便、重复性好、结果准确,可作为盘龙七的质量控制方法。
The method for the determination of bergenin in Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae by RPHPLC was established.The assay was conducted on a Agilent TC-C_(18) column(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid(volume ratio is 10∶90)as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0mL/min.The detection wavelength was 275 nm at room temperature.The result showed that the linear range of bergenin was 1.040×10^(-2)~0.104mg/mL(r=0.999 7).This method is convenient,repeatable and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae.
