摘要 以负荷恢复最大化和配电网电压稳定为基础,提出含DG的配电网动态孤岛划分博弈方法。首先将主动孤岛时间内各个时间段的配电网视为不同博弈者,定义了博弈者的策略集合。其次,设计了负荷恢复量、电网网损和开关动作次数评价指标,建立了博弈者在非合作和合作博弈下的收益函数。然后,提出了动态孤岛划分的博弈求解算法,实现了量子粒子群算法在博弈迭代中的优化流程。最后通过基于IEEE33节点系统两种算例的仿真计算,得出不同主动孤岛时间下的孤岛划分策略。案例分析表明了不同的计划孤岛时间对配电网孤岛划分策略的影响,验证了所提博弈模型在孤岛划分策略优化中的可行性。 The game model of dynamic island partition for distribution network with DGs is proposed on the basis of the maxi-mum load recovery and the stability of distribution network. In addition, the game algorithm of dynamic island partition is also designed. Firstly, the distribution network of different time among islanding is regarded as different gamers and the strategies of the game are also defined. Secondly, the indexes consist of the amount of load recovery, transmission loss and numbers of switching operations are designed and the revenue function under non-cooperative and cooperative games is established. Then, the game algorithm of dynamic island partition and the application of Quantum Particle Swarm Optimization(QPSO) in the game iterative process are both proposed. Finally, the strategies of island partition among different islanding time are calculated by the simulation of two scenarios based on IEEE 33-bus distribution system. The conclusion that different islanding time may make a different effect on island partition strategy and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in solving the island partition are validated through the analysis of two scenarios.
