摘要
为解决水稻育秧基质配比不准确的难题及降低劳动强度,设计了水稻育秧基质配料机组。机组设计4个独立出料机,出料机的出料量可调,能分别控制各种成份的配比量。测试结果表明:机组能准确控制基质配制过程中各种营养成分的配比量,实现精准配比,保证基质养分均衡,为实现基质加工机械化作业提供保证。
In order to solve the problems of inaccuracy matching of rice seedling raising base material and reduce the labor intensity, rice seedling raising base material dosing unit was designed. 4 independent discharging machine was designed in the unit, the discharge amount of which was adjustable and could control the adding percent of every ingredient respectively. The test results showed that: The unit can accurately control the adding percent of every kind of nutritional ingredient in the process of base material preparation, so as to realize precise matching and guarantee nutrient balance in the base material, providing a guarantee to realize mechanized operation of base material processing.
