摘要
以自主分离的益生性地衣芽孢杆菌LB8为研究对象,通过单因素和正交试验对其发酵条件进行优化,得到该菌株培养的最适条件为:培养时间20 h,葡萄糖2%,豆粕粉1.5%,硫酸镁0.025﹪,NaCl为0.6%。
In this research the separate prebiotics Bacillus licheniformis LB8 taken as the research object, single factor and orthogonal test used to optimize the fermentation conditions, the optimum condition for the bacterial strain culture was obtained： the culture time 20 h, glucose 2%, soya been meal 1.5%, magnesium sulfate 0.025%, and NaCl 0.6%.
