摘要 目的:探讨血清中同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)与进展性脑梗死(PCI)的相关性。方法:检测32例PCI患者(PCI组)和58例非PCI患者(非PCI组)入院第2、4、8天血清HCY、FIB和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平,进行统计分析。结果:PCI组HCY、NSE水平在第4、8天高于非PCI组(P<0.05);PCI组的FIB水平升高在第2、4天与非PCI组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,血清中FIB、HCY水平与PCI有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:血清中FIB、HCY水平与急性脑梗死的进展相关。 Objective: To investigate the correlation between level of serum homocysteine (HCY), fibrinogen (FIB) and neuron specific enolase (NSE) and progressive cerebral infarction (PCI). Methods: The serum HCY, FIB and NSE levels were measured on 2nd day, 4th day and 8th day of 32 PCI patients (PCI group) and 58 pa- tients with non-PCI (non-PCI group). The data were compared and statistically analyzed. Results: The serum HCY and NSE levels on 4th day and 8th day in PCI group were significantly higher than those in non-PCI group (P〈0.05). The serum FIB levels on 2nd day and 4th day were significantly higher in PCI group than those in non-PCI group (P〈0.05). The serum FIB and HCY levels were correlated with PCI (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The serum FIB and HCY levels were correlated with progression of cerebral infarction.
