摘要
目的:探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者血浆脂联素(APN)水平变化及其与认知功能的关系。方法:收集AD患者20例(AD组)、健康老年人20例(对照组),检测并比较2组血浆APN含量,分析APN含量与MMSE、性别和年龄的关系。结果:对照组和AD组的血浆APN含量分别为(7.08±2.61)μg/m L、(5.58±1.83)μg/m L,AD组低于对照组(P<0.05)。血浆APN含量与MMSE评分呈显著正相关(r=0.531,P<0.01)。男性、女性血浆APN含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血浆APN含量与年龄无明显相关性(r=-0.277,P>0.05)。结论:AD患者血浆APN水平明显降低,血浆APN水平改变与其认知功能减退存在一定的相关性。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between changes of serum adiponectin (APN) level and cognitive fimction in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD). Methods: The levels of serum adiponectin in 20 AD patients (AD group) and 20 healthy elderly people (control group) were examined and compared. The rela- tionships among serum adiponectin, MMSE scores, gender and age were analyzed. Results: The serum APN in the control group and AD group were (7.08±2.61)μg/mL, (5.58±.83)μg/mL respectively, and the level of APN in the AD group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05). The levels of serum APN had sig- nificantly positive correlation with MMSE scores (r=0.531, P〈0.01). There was no significant difference in se- rum adiponectin between male and female (P〉0.05). The levels of serum had no significant correlation with age (r=- 0.277, P〉0.05). Conclusion: The level of serum APN was significantly decreased in AD patients. There is obvious correlation between the changes of serum APN and cognitive impairment in these patients.
