巴戟天插穗质量与扦插繁殖关键技术研究

Studies on the Quality Standard of Cutting and the Key Reproducing Technologies of Morinda Officinalis How

巴戟天扦插繁殖是当前种苗规范化生产的主要方式,但插穗质量和关键繁殖技术是影响规范化生产的关键因素.试验开展插条质量、生长年限、节数、浸润方式及基质对发芽率的影响.结果表明巴戟天扦插苗生产过程中应从株龄1年的植株上选择生长旺盛、健壮、实心、生长满1年的藤蔓,修剪成带有2个节的插穗,用泥浆水浸泡插穗,以沙壤土为基质培育扦插苗.

Cutting is the main method of cultivating plant of Morinda offwinalis How, but the cutting quality and technology are the key factors affecting normalized production of it. This research surveys the effects of cutting quality, growing time, node number, soaking method, and ground substance to the rate of gem mating, and finds that in cultivating Morinda officinalis How, we should select those haleness, solid and more than 1 year old vines, cut 2 nodes and dip them in mud with sandy soil as the ground.
