摘要
攀茎钩藤(Uncaria scandens(Smith)Hutchins)枝干用甲醇提取,利用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析和反相柱层析进行化学成分分离纯化,从中分离得到6个化合物.根据现代波谱技术和理化性质对化合物结构进行鉴定,鉴定结构为:乌索酸(1)、奎诺酸(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、环桉烯醇(4)、东莨菪亭(5)、香草酸甲酯(6).其中化合物(2)、(4)、(5)、(6)为首次从该植物中分离得到.
Six compounds were obtained by silica gel chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and reversed-phase chromatography from the methanol extract of the twigs of Uncaria scandens (Smith) Hutchins of Yunnan. The chemical structures of these compounds were identified by modern spectroscopic analysis combined with their physico-chemical data. These compounds were identified to be ursolic acid (1), quinovic acid (2), 13-sitosterol (3), cycloeucalenol (4), scopoletin (5), and vanilic acid methyl ester (6). Among them, compounds 2, 4, 5 and 6 were isolated from U. scandens for the first time.
