摘要
以2,6-二乙酰基吡啶和对二甲氨基苯甲醛为原料,通过Claisen-Schmidt缩合反应合成了一种新颖的吡啶双查尔酮衍生物2,6-二[3-(4-二甲氨基苯基)]丙烯酰基吡啶,经IR、1H NMR、HRMS对其结构进行表征,并测定了它的紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱和热稳定性.理论计算表明,目标产物具有良好的热稳定性和较大的分子极化率.
A novel bis-chalcone derivative, 2,6-bis[3-(4-dimethyl amino phenyl)] propylene acyl pyridine, was synthe-sized by the Claisen-Schmidt reaction using p-dimethyl amino benzaldehyde and 2, 6-diacetyl pyridine. Its structure was characterized by FT-IR, ^1H NMR, IR and HR-MS. Its UV-visible spectroscopy, fluorescence spectrum and thermal stability were tested. Theoretical calculation shows that the target product has good thermal stability and large molecular polarization.
