摘要
超仿棉是一种兼有涤纶和棉优良特性的新型聚酯纤维,其顶破强力和吸湿性能与棉相似。采用分散染料对超仿棉聚酯纤维针织物进行染色,研究染液p H值、染色温度和时间对染色效果的影响,并以单因素分析法和正交试验确定了最佳的染色工艺:分散染料1%(omf),p H值为5,120℃染色30 min。染色织物的各项色牢度均在4级以上,达到了服用要求。
The super cotton-like polyester fabric is a new fabric with excellent properties combining cot- ton and polyester. Its bursting strength and hygroscopicity are as good as cotton fabric. The effects of pH value of dye solution, dyeing temperature and time on the dyeing properties are discussed with sin- gle factor analysis and orthogonal test. The orthogonal test shows that, the optimized dyeing processes are disperse dye concentration of 1%(omf), pH value of 5 and dyeing at 120 ℃ for 30 min. The color fast- nesses to rubbing, perspiration and washing of dyed fabrics reach Grade 4-5, which can meet the requirements of wearing.
