锦纶染色工艺的优化

Optimization of polyamide dyeing

针对锦纶染色时容易出现颜色不稳定、色花和上染率低等问题,试验筛选了不同种类的匀染剂,并通过正交试验得到优化工艺:匀染剂为TBW-85 1.5%(omf),染色保温后降温至60℃再加入冰醋酸1%(omf),再升温至98℃续染。结果表明,采用该工艺染色的织物匀染性好,且具有较高的上染率。

In view of unstable color, dyeing defeats and low dye uptake in amino nylon （polyamide） dye- ing, different leveling agents are used to solve above problems. The optimum dyeing process is ob- tained by orthogonal experiments as： leveling agent TBW-95 1.5% and glacial acetic acid 1% when the dyebath cooling down to 60 ℃, followed by a further dyeing at 98 ℃.The polyamide dyeings with this new process can obtain high dye uptake with good levelness.
