摘要
针对活性染料蚕丝深色染色时湿摩擦牢度较差的问题,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚乙二醇(PEG)、聚丙二醇(PPG)、N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)为原料,合成了氨基改性阳离子水性聚氨酯固色剂GS,并将其用于活性染料染色蚕丝的固色整理,分析了固色剂GS对处理后织物性能的影响。确定了最佳处理工艺条件:固色剂GS 15 g/L,二浸二轧,轧余率90%,浸轧液p H值5.0,100℃预烘5 min,140℃焙烘4 min。整理后织物的湿摩擦和皂洗牢度均有提升,且不影响织物原有色光。此外,选择适合的柔软剂与固色剂同浴使用,还可改善织物手感。
In view of the poor wet rubbing fastness of silk reactive dyeings in deep shade, amino modi- fied cationic polyurethane type fixing agent GS for reactive dyeing is prepared with isophorone diisocya- nate(IPDI), polyethylene glycol (PEG), pOlypropylene glycol (PPG), N-methyl diethanolamine (MDEA) and triethoxy-3-aminopropylsilane 3-triethoxysilylpropylamine (APTES)as raw materials. The product is applied to silk reactive dyeing with pad-dry-cure process, and the fixing effect is discussed. The opti- mum fixing process is. fixing agent GS 15 g/L, pH value of 5, two-dip-two-pad with pickup of 90%, pre- drying at 100 ℃ for 5 rain, and curing at 140 ℃ for 4 min, The results show that the silk reactive dyeings after fixing have improved color fastnesses to both wet rubbing and soaping without influence on the shade. A combined use of the fixing agent with a suitable softener in one bath can improve the handle of the dyeings as well.
