基于光弹实验的销轴连接应力分析 被引量:2

RESEARCH ON STRESS ANALYSIS OF PINNED CONNECTION BASED ON PHOTOELASTIC EXPERIMENT

摘要 典型销轴连接的局部结构和内部应力状态十分复杂,目前关于销轴连接的计算方法计算精度不足,设计过程中通常选用较大的强度储备来弥补。以典型的履带起重机变幅拉板的销轴连接为例,基于相似理论,完成变态模型光弹实验,分析销轴连接受力特性,研究销孔拉板的应力状态。以销孔拉板的变态模型光弹实验结果为导向,设置销轴连接有限元仿真模型的参数,为销轴设计和校核提供参考。 There are no rules and standards relating to the calculation of pinned connection because of its partial structure and internal stress state are very complex. In the design of pinned connection,great strength reserves are chosen to compensate for the lack of calculation accuracy. The typical pinned connection in the crawler crane luffing tension plates was took as the research object,based on similarity theory,the distorted model photoelastic experiment was conducted to study the mechanical behavior of pinned connection and the stress state of tension plates. Based on the results of pinned connection in the tension plate,Setting algorithm parameters of finite element,the results can be used as a reference in the designing and checking of pinned connection.
