基于微遗传算法的压电智能板结构/控制一体化拓扑优化设计及拓扑图提取 被引量:1

摘要 研究同时考虑结构拓扑构型、作动器位置与数目和控制器加权参数的压电智能板结构的结构/控制一体化拓扑优化设计问题。提出采用基于耦合模态空间的二次型最优控制系统设计,与基于微遗传算法和小波分析降噪相结合的策略进行一体化拓扑优化设计的实现和拓扑图提取。数值算例的结果表明,所提新方法计算量小,效率高,能够得到清晰的结构拓扑和良好的可控性。 The integrated topology optimization design with respect to the structural topology configuration,the placements and the numbers of actuators as well as the control system weight parameters of a cantilever piezoelectric intelligent plate is studied in this paper,. The simultaneous optimization and topology extraction are realized by combining with design of linear quadratic optimal control system in coupled modal space,and strategies based on micro-genetic algorithm and wavelet analysis for noise reduction. Results of numerical examples show that the presented new method is rational and effective,with small computational cost and high efficiency. Meanwhile,clear structural topology and high control performances are obtained.
