摘要
桥门式起重机主梁结构试验系统可实现在同一个固定试验环境下,测量不同结构形式的桥门式起重机主梁挠度。首先,传统试验中常用四立柱试验机,通过有限元分析后,无法满足大跨距压弯试验的强度要求,由此,通过有限元仿真,采用两立柱试验机可以满足试验要求,同时,钢筋混凝土结构替代了传统的大跨距压弯试验中常采用的钢结构自反力船型支座,与钢结构加载架构成封闭式自反力加载系统。最后,两立柱结构形式且配合钢筋混凝土结构底座相比于常用的四立柱结构,在设备成本、安装调试方面具有较大优势。
Gantry crane girder structure testing systems can be measured with the deflection of main beam with different structures in the same test environment. At first,through the finite element analysis,the four-pillar tester couldn't meet the requirements of the large span bending test,Thus,through the finite element simulation,two pillar tester can meet the test requirements,Besides,the use of reinforced concrete structures constitute a closed since the reaction force loading system with the load frame steel structure,instead of the traditional steel structure used in the large span bending test. Finally,compared with the selection of four column structure,the advantages of the two column structure with reinforced concrete structure are given in equipment costs,installation and debugging.
