摘要
采用土培试验研究了不同氮肥种类配施硝化抑制剂对菠菜的营养品质及土壤氮素的影响,结果表明:氮肥配施双氰胺与单供氮肥相比,可显著提高菠菜的生物量,降低菠菜可食部位的硝酸盐和草酸含量,提高菠菜的安全品质;另外可提高土壤铵态氮含量和降低硝态氮的积累,从而降低蔬菜生产中氮肥污染生态环境的风险。
A soil culture test was carried out to investigate the effects of combined application of various nitrogen fertilizers with nitrification inhibitor dicyandiamide( DCD) on the nutrient quality of Spinach and soil nitrogen content. The results showed that: in comparison with the sole application of nitrogen fertilizer,the combined application of nitrogen fertilizer with DCD could significantly enhance the biomass of Spinach,and reduce the contents of nitrate and oxalate in the edible parts of Spinach,thus improve its safety quality; the combined application of nitrogen fertilizer with DCD also could enhance the content of ammonium nitrogen in soil,and reduce the accumulation of nitrate nitrogen in soil,thus could decrease the risk of nitrogen fertilizer pollution to ecological environment.
