摘要
以氨和硫化氢的去除率为考评指标,从生活垃圾中筛选出4株高效除臭菌株,根据各菌对氨和硫化氢去除能力的差异及菌株间功能互补作用,能动地构建了4个微生物除臭菌群,在实验室条件下进行了除臭试验及室内垃圾除臭试验,结果表明:菌群1(由干酪乳杆菌和酿酒酵母组成)的除臭效果最好,在实验室条件下对氨的去除率达88.3%、硫化氢的去除率达75.3%;在垃圾除臭试验中,该菌群也有效地降低了垃圾的恶臭味。
Using the removal rate of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide as evaluation index,the author screened out four high-efficiency deodorizing microorganism strains from household garbage. According to the differences in deodorizing ability among various strains and their interactions,we actively constructed 4 deodorizing microorganism floras,and carried out deodorization experiments under laboratory conditions as well as deodorization tests for household garbage. The results showed that the flora 1,which was composed of Lactobacillus casei and Saccharomyces cerevisiae,exhibited the best deodorizing effect. Under laboratory conditions,the removal rate of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide by flora 1 reached 88.3% and 75.3%,respectively. In the deodorization tests for household garbage,flora 1 also effectively reduced the stench of garbage.
