Urban Expressway System:Case Analysis and Its Revelations to Chongqing

快速路是支撑城市经济社会发展的重要交通系统.梳理国内外典型大城市快速路系统规划建设情况,总结分析其在路网布局结构、建设标准等方面的积极经验,并结合重庆主城区快速路存在的问题,提出重塑多环多射快速路网结构、统一建设标准,以及强化交通管控等优化策略建议,旨在为优化重庆主城快速路系统提供参考.

Expressway is one of the most important transport systems supporting urban economic and social development. This paper sorts out some of the planning and construction situations of typical urban expressway systems, and summarizes the positive experiences in expressway network, con struction standard, etc. Combining with the problems existing in the expressway in central downtown of Chongqing, several strategic suggestions are proposed, such as the reshape a ＂multi-ring and multi radial＂ expressway network, unified construction standards, and strengthening traffic management, in order to provide a reference for optimization of Chongqing urban expressway system.
