摘要
为解决某型机车牵引变流器控制箱故障率较高的问题,在该机车上进行了现场振动测试,并对故障现象和振动测试数据进行分析,确定了控制箱安装基础振动过大是引起控制箱较高故障率的主要原因。在此基础上提出了控制箱的减振方案,并进行了仿真计算分析和装车试验验证。仿真分析及装车试验结果表明二者一致性较好,控制箱减振方案具有较好的减隔振效果,且工程可实施性较好,具有较高的推广应用价值。
For the phenomenon of high failure rate of traction converter control cabinet, on-site vibration test and analysis were carried out, which proved that too large vibration of control cabinet installed base was the main cause of the high failure rate. On this basis, the vibration reduction solution of control cabinet was proposed; simulation analysis and loading test verification was carried out. The simulation results agreed well with the loading test results, and the vibration reduction solution of control cabinet had good vibration isolation effect with good engineering implementation and high popularization value.
