摘要 针对机车用压力传感器的主要干扰源与耦合途径,提出电磁兼容设计改进措施,不仅改善了传感器电磁兼容性能,而且提升了传感器的耐压等级。按照TB/T 3221进行电磁兼容测试,测试结果符合传感器整体误差要求,说明所提出的电磁兼容设计正确、有效。该电磁兼容设计对机车上其他电子设备的电磁兼容设计同样具有参考价值。 Aim at the interference sources and coupling routes of pressure sensor in locomotive, an EMC design method was presented, which not only improved the transducer electromagnetic compatibility, but also enhanced the insulation level. Electromagnetic compatibility test according to TB/T 3221 was carried out, the results of which met the requirements of global error for pressure transducer, and it was shown that the design method was efficient and right. The method could also be used to other locomotive electronic devices for improving EMC performance.
