摘要
参考国内外有关地铁、轻轨车辆耐碰撞设计规范及准则,利用Hypermesh和LS-DYNA有限元软件模拟了一列车以20 km/h的速度正面碰撞另一列相同的静止列车的碰撞过程。仿真模型中模拟了钩缓装置的力学特性以及车钩的失效和脱落现象。从乘客生存空间、纵向平均加速度等方面评价列车的耐撞性。研究结果表明,该型地铁列车的耐撞性能满足相关标准的要求。
Referring to crashworthiness design specifications and guidelines of metro train and light rail vehicle of domestic and foreign,by use of the finite element software Hypermesh and LS-DYNA,the process was simulated of one metro train impacting the same stationary train face to face at the speed of 20 km/h.The mechanical properties of couplers and buffers,couplers' failure and fallingoff behaviors were simulated in the model.The crashworthiness,such as the escape space,the longitudinal average acceleration and so on,was evaluated.The result showed that the crashworthiness of this metro train was consistent with the requirements.
