摘要
随着智能电网的推广,电力系统对电气设备的安全运行提出了更高的要求,特别是智能变电站等无人值岗的区域,其安全尤为重要。为了监测变电站内电气联接薄弱点的温升超标情况,设计了一种基于CC2530的无线测温系统方案。方案以CC2530和MSP430F449为核心,采用DS18B20进行精确测温,并针对不同报警方式提出相应算法。方案成本低、易组网、可靠性高,可以运用于各种复杂的工控现场高效而准确地进行温度采集和无线传输。
With popularization of smart power grids, the electric power sector places even higher requirements on safe operation of electrical equipment. Safety of unmanned areas such as intelligent substation is particularly important. To monitor excessive temperature rise at weak points of electrical connection inside the substation, this paper presents the design of a CC2530-based wireless temperature- measuring scheme, which, using CC2530 and MSP430F449 as the core, adopts DS18B20 for precise temperature measurement and gives corresponding algorithms for different alarm modes. This scheme of low cost, easy networking and high reliability can be applied to a variety of complex industrial control sites for efficient, accurate temperature acquisition and wireless transmission.
