医疗风险预警指标体系构建研究

Establishment of Medical Risk Early Warning Index System

目的构建医疗风险预警指标体系,为医院建立医疗风险预警指标体系提供参考。方法在前期理论研究和文献分析基础上,初步确定指标体系框架,采用德尔菲法和层次分析法筛选指标及确定权重。结果建立了含患者因素、住院因素和出院因素3个一级指标及22个二级指标的医疗风险预警指标体系。结论专家积极性、权威程度和意见集中程度均较高。构建的指标体系合理可行,可以为医院建立医疗风险预警指标体系提供参考。

Objective To establish an index system on medical risk early warning in order to provide reference for hospital to establish medical risk early warning system. Method A framework of index system was made preliminarily on the basis of the previous theory research and literature analysis, by using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to screen and determine the weights of index. Result A medical risk early warning index system which consists of three first grade indicators, including patient＇ s factors, hospitalization factors and discharged factors, and 22 second grade indicators, was established. Conclusion The enthusiasm, authority and concentration of experts＇ opinions were impressive. The index system is valid and feasible, which can be used to provide the reference basis for the hospital to establish the system on medical risk early warning.
