摘要
目的提高住院患者急诊标本运送合格率,保证医疗质量。方法利用标本运送综合管理系统,对住院患者急诊标本运送节点进行质量改进。结果住院患者急诊标本运送合格率由20.63%提高到79.62%。差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论标本运送信息化管理,有助于提高急诊标本运送的监管效率,改善急诊标本运送质量。
Objective To improve transport qualified rate of emergency specimen for inpatients and ensure the quality of clinical treatment and nursing. Method The key processes of emergency specimen transport for in inpatients was improved by u- sing the general management system on specimen transport. Result The transport qualified rate of emergency specimen for inpa- tients was increased from 20.63% to 79.62% , which had statistical significance ( P 〈 0.001 ). Conclusion The informational- ized management of specimen transport can improve supervision efficiency and transport quality of emergency specimen.
