摘要
目的探讨绩效考核制度在护理不良事件管理中的应用效果,分析绩效考核对提高患者安全的有效性。方法以2014年某院引入绩效考核制度作为实验阶段,以2013年常规护理为对照阶段。对比两阶段的护理不良事件上报率、可避免不良事件发生率、护理质量指标及患者满意度,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果护理不良事件上报率显著提升(P<0.05),可避免不良事件发生率显著下降(P<0.01),护理质量和患者满意度显著提高(P<0.01)。结论绩效考核制度在护理不良事件管理中的应用,提高了护理不良事件的管理效果及患者安全度,提升了护理质量。
Objective To investigate the application effect of performance appraisal on nursing adverse events management, and analyze the effectiveness of performance assessment on improvement of patient safety. Method In 2014, the hospital intro- duced performance appraisal system as an experimental phase and taken usual care in 2013 as a control stage. The nursing adverse events reporting rates, the incidence of avoidable adverse events, nurse care quality indicators and patient satisfaction level of two phases were compared and statistically analyzedResult The reported rate of nurse care adverse events was significantly increased (P 〈0.05) , the incidence of avoidable adverse events was decreased significantly (P 〈0.01) , the the quality of nurse care and patient satisfaction level were significantly improved { P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The application of performance appraisal system on nursing adverse events management improved management effectiveness and patient safety, and enhanced the quality of nurse care.
