摘要
相比医疗卫生机构,血站的文化建设具有起步晚、发展快、业务单一、社会公益性强等特点。阐述了血站文化构建的积极意义。指出血站文化构建存在盲目套用企业文化,将血站文化等同于血站精神,把血站文化简单理解为娱乐化及文体化等问题。从增强血站文化的社会认同感,建立创新性血站文化,发展标志性血站品牌文化,打造特色文化载体,加大员工双向培训力度,宣传无偿献血先进典型等6方面,提出了血站文化构建的对策建议。
Compared with other medical institutions, culture of blood bank has characteristics of late started, rapid develop- ment, unitary business, social public welfare. The study described the positive meanings of culture construction of blood bank. The problems in culture construction of blood bank included blindly applied corporate culture, being equivalent to the spirit of blood bank, taking it as simple entertainment~ etc. Countermeasures and suggestions on culture construction of blood bank were proposed from six aspects : enhancing social identity, the development of innovation, the development of iconic brand, building characteristic culture carrier, increasing two - way staff training, publicity of typical volunteer blood donors.
