摘要
管理创新是大型综合医院持续健康发展的必然要求。陕西省人民医院在管理实践中不断探索新的管理模式,在病区管理方面,建立了区域化临床管理部,实行"五位一体"规范化病区管理;在学科建设方面,建立了以病院为主体的区域化门诊布局,组建了以疾病链为纽带的专科病院;在管理体制方面,建立了医院—临床管理部—科室三级行政管理和医院—病院—病区三级业务管理的双三级管理体系,提升了医院管理效率,促进了医院持续健康发展。
Management innovation is an inevitable requirement for sustained and healthy development of large general hospi- tal. Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital continued to explore new management mode in practice. In ward management, regional clinical management unit was established to use the "Five in One" standardized ward management; in discipline construction, re- gional outpatient layout was established with main body of specialized hospital, and specialized subject hospital with diseases as the chain was set up ; in terms of management system, double - three - level management system was established with the three - level( hospital, clinical management department, and department ) administration management and three - level ( hospital, spe- cialized hospital, and ward) business management. The efficiency of hospital management was improved, and the sustained and healthy development of the hospital was promoted.
