摘要
针对现有层状陶瓷刀具材料素坯制备方法仍存在制备效率低、层厚难以控制等问题,提出雾化-喷覆液膜-干燥法制备层状陶瓷刀具材料素坯的新工艺,并运用雾化-喷覆液膜-干燥法制备了层状Al_2O_3/WC陶瓷刀具材料素坯,研究了Al_2O_3、WC纳米粉末与无水乙醇的配比对雾化效果和干燥时间的影响,干燥温度对干燥时间的影响,并分析了不同干燥温度下素坯材料层表面形貌。结果表明:当Al_2O_3、WC粉末与无水乙醇的配比为1:25及干燥温度为90℃时,可获得高质量的陶瓷素坯,并可提高素坯的制备效率。
In order to overcome the defect of low efficiency and control layer thickness in fabricating green body of laminated materials, the atomized-sprayed coated liquid film-dried method is putted forward to fabricate the green body of the laminated Al2O3/WC ceramic cutting tool materials. The influence of the ratio of nanopowder and anhydrous ethanol on atomization and drying time, the effect of drying temperature on the drying time, and the surface morphology at different drying temperatures are investigated. The higher quality and higher efficiency of fabricating the green body of laminated ceramic cutting tool materials can be obtained when the ratio is 1:25 and the drying temperature is 90℃.
