煤矿采空区电力杆塔自动调平液压系统可靠性设计 被引量:4

摘要 鉴于煤矿采空区严重威胁电力杆塔的安全,提出了电力杆塔自动调平系统的方案,而自动调平液压系统是整个电力杆塔自动调平系统的关键部分,对液压系统的可靠性指标有了更高的设计要求。文中采用了降额设计和冗余设计的可靠性设计方法进行自动调平液压系统的设计,通过建立系统可靠性框图和数学模型对系统进行了可靠性预测,最后采用相对故障率法与相对故障概率法对自动调平液压系统进行可靠性分配,保证了自动调平液压系统的高可靠性。 In view of the fact that coal mining area threatened the safety of power tower,the project of automatic leveling system of power tower was proposed,while automatic leveling hydraulic system was the key part of automatic leveling system of power tower,which had a higher design requirement for the reliability index of hydraulic system. The reliability design method used to do the design of automatic leveling hydraulic system including drop design and redundancy design was adopted. Then the reliability prediction of the system was carried out by establishing the system reliability diagram and mathematical model. Then the relative failure rate method and the relative failure probability method were used to conduct the reliability distribution of the automatic leveling system ,which made the high reliability of the hydraulic system ensured.
