摘要
以某塔式起重机为研究对象,利用ANSYS软件计算塔机最大独立状态下的固有频率,并得到其前六阶振型和基本周期。选用El-Centro波作为地震动输入,采用时程分析法,计算抗震设防等级为7度时地震作用下塔机动态响应。对比线性和非线性分析计算结果,得出非线性因素对塔机结构动态响应影响很大。计算塔机起重臂与地震载荷处于不同角度时的非线性地震反应,结果表明,起重臂与地震载荷间的夹角对塔机结构的动态响应具有一定影响,当起重臂与水平地震载荷平行时,有利于塔机结构的安全。
Taking a certain tower crane as the research object,it used finite element software ANSYS to calculate its natural frequency at maximum independent height,and the structure's front six modes and fundamental period were also calculated. E1-Centro were used to analyze the dynamic response of tower crane under seventh intensity seismic load. Compared linear results with nonlinear results,conclusion that nonlinear factor has a great influence on structural dynamic response of tower crane. The nonlinear seismic response were calculated when the angles were different between jib and seismic loads, it reveals that the angles have certain influence on structural dynamic response of tower crane ,it is beneficial to the safety of tower crane when the jib parallel to the horizontal seismic load.
