摘要
线束广泛应用于汽车、工业、家电和通讯等各个领域,市场需求量大。目前,国内对于插植工序多依靠人工完成。劳动量大,且无法进行合格检测。本全自动线束插植机的研发可用于多类型接插件(连接器)和端子类型。设计机械夹持机构实现电线自动插入不同类型接插件端口以及插入后的合格检测,设计拨线导向装置解决双排端口接插件插植时的电线干扰和不能无序插植问题。最后通过试验验证,成功实现双排端口接插件的任意顺序插植。此设备的研发可以实现多种不同类型接插件的自动送料和多线色电线插植,实现线束插植自动化,提高生产效率。
Wire harness is widely used in many fields ,such as automobile ,industry,home appliance ,communication and so on. At present,the insertion procedure is completed artificially in the domestic. It needs large amount of labor,and without qualified testing after insertion. The design of wire harness assembly machine can be used in different connectors and terminals.The design of clamp meehanismcan realize automatic insertion of different connectors and qualified testing after insertion. The mechanism of moving and guiding can solve the problem which is the interference of other wires when it inserts wire to the double line port connector. Beyond that,it also ean handle the problem that it can not insertion wires to connector disorderly. Finally,the test of wire harness assembly machine is carried on,and the disorderly insertion of double port conneetors is successful. The automatic feeding of different conneetors and insertion of different colors wires ean realized in this wire harness assembly machine ,which achieves the auto-insertion proeedure of wire and improves the productivity.
