摘要 为提高对五杆机构十三种构型的研究效率,根据其构件几何拓扑结构相似的特点开发一套集构型设计和运动学分析于一体的计算机辅助分析系统。通过分析五杆机构十三种构型的几何结构,在建立机构数学模型的基础上找出机构的可动性边界条件。利用三维设计软件Solid Works的二次开发平台,在Visual Basic6.0的开发环境下编写程序完成了构型选择、构型设计和运动学分析人机交互界面的设计。最后,通过应用实例验证了五杆机构CAD系统的实用性,借助该系统不仅提高了机构的设计效率,而且系统操作简单易于上手,从而实现了五杆机构快捷设计的目的。 In order to improve the research efficiency of 13 configurations of the five-bar mechanism,a set of computer aided analysis system of configuration design and motion simulation analysis of five-bar mechanism was developed,according to the characteristics of its component structural similarity. By analyzing the geometrical structure of 13 kinds of five-bar mechanism, the movable boundary condition of the mechanism is found out on the basis of the established mechanism model. Using the secondary development platform of 3D design software SolidWorks,the human computer interface of configuration selection,configuration design and kinematics analysis are designed in VisualBasic6.0 environment. Finally,the practical application of the CAD system of the five-bar mechanism is verified by an example. The system can not only improve the design efficiency of the mechanism,but also the system operation is simple and easy to use,so as the purpose of the fast design of the five-bar mechanism is realized.
