摘要
针对目前规范对起重机水平偏斜载荷计算没有考虑起重机运行速度和安装间隙影响等问题,在动力学理论的基础上,通过建立起重机动力学虚拟几何模型,建立了起重机水平偏斜载荷的计算方法。通过该方法获得良好的计算结果,在工况运行速度下结果和规范计算具有一致性。并在动力学分析的基础上,分析运行速度对起重机轮压和水平偏斜载荷的影响,起重机轮压值与速度没有直接的递增或递减关系,起重机运行速度越大或水平轮安装间隙越小,起重机水平偏斜载荷也越大。通过试验测试,计算和试验具有一致行,为工程设计提供参考。
According to the specification of level of the crane skew load calculated without considering the crane operating speed influence ,based on the kinetic theory,through the establishment of crane dynamic virtual geometric model it established level of the crane skew load calculation method, Good results are obtained by this method, and the results are consistent with the results of the calculation. On the basis of dynamic analysis,the influence of operating speed on the wheel pressure and horizontal deflection of crane is analyzed. The higher the operating speed of the crane or the smaller the clearance of the horizontal wheel is,the higher the horizontal deflection load of the crane. Through test,the calculation and experiment are consistent ,and provides reference for the engineering design.
