摘要
基于柳州某移动式压缩机生产调试和老化试验中出现门板因震动产生的噪声和焊接件变形开裂等问题。在结合有限元理论基础上提出利用有限元仿真软件对体单元、壳单元及壳梁单元三种不同的网格单元的门板结构固有频率进行分析计算,并采取实验手段对仿真结果分析比较。得出不同网格划分时门板结构在有限元分析中的运算特点,从数据的对比可以看出壳梁混合单元算法是解决此类门板结构件固有频率的最合理的算法。此方法为后续类似结构的有限元分析找到合理的网格划分依据,从而节省设计与分析的时间提高设计效率。
There were many questions found such as the noise of the door panel and the distortion of the welded part in commissioning and aging test of one kinds of Liuzhou mobile compressors. According to finite element theory,it puts forward that the natural frequencies of the door plank of covering parts of mobile compressor such as panels of the body element,sheU element and shell beam element were analyzed and calculated respectively,using finite element simulation software. A better method of meshing divided was found by analyzing and comparing the results between experiment and simulation from operational characteristics of the different meshing dividing methods of door plank structure. From the data,it can be seen that the hybrid element method is the most reasonable method to solve the inherent frequency of the structure. Reasonable basis was found for subsequent similar structure of the mesh of finite element analysis, so as to save the time and efficiency of design.
