Study on Crystallization and Mechanical Properties of PCL Toughened PHA Composites

摘要 采用熔融共混法制备了聚羟基脂肪酸酯/聚己内酯(PHA/PCL)复合材料,研究了PCL用量对PHA/PCL复合材料结晶性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着PCL用量的增加,PHA/PCL复合材料的XRD衍射峰强度和DSC熔融峰面积逐渐减小,结晶度下降,而其断裂强度先降低后提高;PHA/PCL复合材料的断裂伸长率则随着PCL用量的增加逐渐提高,当PCL用量为40%时,其断裂伸长率达到纯PHA的2.5倍;随着PCL用量的增加,PHA/PCL复合材料的冲击强度提高,韧性增强。 Polyhydroxyalkanoates/polycaprolactone(PHA/PCL) composites were prepared by blending methods. The effect of PCL content on crystallization properties and mechanical properties of PHA/PCL were studied. The results show that the intensity of XRD diffraction peak and the area of DSC melting peak of PHA/PCL composites decrease gradually with the increasing of PCL content, the crystallization degree of PHA/PCL composites decreases. The breaking strength of PHA/PCL composites decreases first then increases with the increasing of PCL content, and the elongation at break of PHA/PCL composites increases. When the PCL content is 40%, the elongation at break is about 2.5 times of that of pure PHA. The impact strength and the toughness of PHA/PCL composites increase with the increasing of PCL content.
