Application of Plastic Composite Materials in Sports Facilities and Equipments

摘要 对3种塑料及复合材料的特性进行了讨论,其应用范围包括水上运动设施、球类运动设施和其他常见运动设施。以不饱和聚酯树脂、环氧树脂和碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料为例,对其力学性能及耐腐蚀性进行了分析研究,结果表明:碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料的整体力学性能较其他两种材料更好;环氧树脂的耐腐蚀性较其他两种材料更强。 In this paper, the characteristics of plastic and composites and their applications include water sports, ball games, and other common sports facilities are discussed. The mechanical properties and corrosion resistance were studied, and the unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy resin and carbon fiber reinforced composite material were used as example. Results suggested that the overall mechanical performance of carbon fiber reinforced composite material better than other two kinds of materials; epoxy resin showed a better corrosion resistance compared with other two kinds of material.
