以介孔SiO_2为分散相的剪切增稠流体对聚乳酸的增塑作用

Plasticizing Effect of Shear Thickening Fluid with Mesoporous SiO_2 Particles as Dispersed Phase on PLA

摘要 研究了以介孔二氧化硅为分散相、以聚乙二醇为连续相的剪切增稠流体(STF)对聚乳酸(PLA)的增塑作用。首先探究了介孔二氧化硅不同用量的STF的流变性能,用旋转流变仪测定了STF的动态流变行为;然后通过熔融共混的方法将STF按不同配比添加到PLA中,研究了剪切增稠现象对PLA增塑效果及力学性能的影响。结果表明:在动态条件下,介孔二氧化硅用量较低时STF的剪切增稠效果较好;介孔二氧化硅用量为20%时,STF增塑PLA效果最佳。 The effect of shear thickening fluid (STF) with mesoporous silica (SiO2) particles as the dispersed phase and polyethylene glycol (PEG) as continuous phase on poly(lactic acid) (PLA) was studied. First, the rheological properties of STF with different content of mesoporous SiO2 were test. The dynamic rheological behavior of STF was studied by rotary rheometer. The results show that under oscillatory shear mode, STF with lower value of mass fraction of mesoporous SiO2 has a better shear thickening performance. Then, STF was added to PLA by melt blending method and the effects of shear thickening on the PLA were studied. The results show that STF with mesoporous SiO2 particle at 20% is the best plasticizer to PLA.
