摘要
膳食质量评价是营养状况评价的重要组成部分,最常用的方法是膳食评价指数,其目的是评估和计算难以精确量化的膳食习惯和行为。本文综述主要膳食评价指数的研究进展及其应用。
Dietary indices,which are used to evaluate diet quality that plays an important role in nutritional status appraisal,are composite tools aiming to measure and quantify a variety of dietary conditions and behaviors that are difficult to be measured quantitatively and accurately. The vesearch advancement of major dietary indices and their utilization were reviewed.
