摘要
出口价格竞争效应是中国对日本农产品出口增长的主导因素,其次是市场需求引致效应;日本对中国农产品出口增长主要是由市场需求引致效应带动,而出口价格竞争效应则严重制约了日本对中国出口扩张;出口商品结构效应对两国农产品贸易增长贡献较低,甚至在日本对中国出口中起到阻碍作用。因此,两国应依据消费需求调整出口结构;加强农业合作和交流,扩大互补性农产品出口;推进中国农业生产标准化,转变农产品竞争力要素;推动FTA谈判,提高农产品贸易自由化程度。
The export price competition effect is the primary factor for China exports to Japan, followed by the market demand effect; Japan's exports of agricultural products to China mainly driven by market de- mand effect, but the export price competition effect has seriously hampered the expansion of export; the export structure effects is low between China and Japan, even for Japan's exports to China to play the role of constraints or impediments. The paper proposes that the two countries should be based on consumer de- mand to adjust the export structure; strengthen agricultural cooperation and exchanges, and expand ex- ports of complementary agricultural products; promote China's standardization of agricultural production, and change from price competition to non price competitiveness;push the FTA negotiation,improve agri- cultural liberalization level.
