瑞舒伐他汀改善动脉硬化性脑梗死患者血脂与神经功能的临床研究

The Clinical Study of Rosuvastatin on Blood Lipid and Nerve Function in Patients with Arteriosclerosis Cerebral Infarction

目的:研究瑞舒伐他汀对改善动脉硬化性脑梗死患者的血脂和神经功能的作用。方法:选取2013-2015年笔者所在医院收治的94例动脉硬化性脑梗死患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各47例,对照组仅行脑梗死常规治疗,试验组行常规治疗后加用瑞舒伐他汀,连用1个月后观察比较两组患者的血脂水平和神经功能的变化。结果:治疗1个月后,试验组的血脂水平改善状况较对照组更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且试验组的神经功能评估状况较对照组更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀对于改善动脉硬化性脑梗死患者的血脂有极佳的效果,且能够有效改善患者的神经功能,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To study the effect of rosuvastatin on blood lipid and nerve function in patients with arteriosclerosis cerebral infarction.Method：94 patients with arteriosclerosis cerebral infarction were selected in our hospital from 2013 to 2015,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 47 cases in each group,the control group was only given with routine therapy for cerebral infarction,the experimental group was received rosuvastatin on the basis of routine treatment,the blood lipid level and the changes of nerve function in the two groups were observed and compared after one month.Result：After 1 month of treatment,the improvement of blood lipid level in experimental group was better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The neurological function of the test group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of rosuvastatin on blood lipids in patients with arteriosclerosis cerebral infarction is excellent,and it can effectively improve the nerve function of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
