摘要
目的:探讨护士分层管理对精神科暴力行为的影响。方法:自2015年7月1日起对取得护士职业资格证书,从事精神科临床护理工作1.5年以上的17名护士,采用护士分层管理,弹性排班,根据护士不同能级,将护士分为N1-N4四个层级,制定各层级护士岗位职责,采取扁平化责任制整体护理的工作模式,比较护士分层管理前后6个月暴力行为发生率。结果:实施护士分层管理后患者暴力行为发生率明显低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:护士分层管理能有效降低住院患者暴力行为的发生,提升护理质量,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of nurse hierarchical management on the violent behavior of psychiatric department.Method:Since July 1,2015,obtained the professional qualification certificate of nurses,17 nurses working in psychiatric clinical nursing work for more than 1.5 years,used the nurse hierarchical management,flexible scheduling,according to the different levels of nurses,nurses were divided into four levels of N1-N4,the development of each level of nurses job responsibilities,took the flat responsibility system as a whole nursing work mode, and compare the incidence of violent behavior of nurses in the 6 months before and after the management.Result:After the implementation of the nurse stratified management,the incidence of violent behavior was significantly lower than that before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Hierarchical management of nurses can effectively reduce the incidence of violence in hospitalized patients,improve the quality of care,it is worth promoting the application.
