健康教育和心理护理在胃溃疡穿孔治疗中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨胃溃疡患者给予健康教育和心理护理干预对治疗效果的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院2014年1月-2015年12月收治的60例胃溃疡穿孔患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予健康教育和心理护理干预,观察比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者的住院时间明显短于对照组,心理健康状况评分和胃溃疡穿孔基本知识知晓率均明显高于对照组患者,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本次研究结果表明,临床治疗胃溃疡穿孔患者时,应在常规护理的基础上,给予患者健康教育和心理护理干预,有助于加深患者对胃溃疡穿孔基本知识的了解程度,改善患者的心理健康状况,缩短患者的住院时间,值得大力推广应用。 Objective:To discuss the effect of health education and psychological nursing intervention in the treatment of gastric ulcer patients.Method:Sixty patients with gastric ulcer perforation admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given health education and psychological nursing intervention based on the routine nursing,the nursing effect of two groups of patients were compared.Result:The hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,the mental health scores and gastric ulcer perforation basic knowledge awareness of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The study results show that in the clinical treatment of patients with gastric ulcer perforation,health education and psychological nursing intervention should be given on the basis of the conventional nursing,which help deepen the patients' understanding of the basic knowledge of gastric ulcer perforation,improve the patient's mental health and shorten their hospitalization time,it is worthy of promoting.
