农民工职业焦虑·组织支持感与工作满意度关系研究

摘要 为探讨职业焦虑、组织支持感与农民工工作满意度之间的关系,并为相关研究提供参考依据,整群随机抽取安徽省建筑工地和民营企业的农民工,应用焦虑自评量表、工作满意度量表和组织支持感量表对其进行测量。结果表明:农民工职业焦虑与工作满意度呈负相关关系,组织支持感在职业焦虑与工作满意度的关系中起到部分中介作用,与工作满意度呈正相关,农民工工作满意度一般,职业焦虑以组织支持感为中介对农民工工作满意度具有负向预测作用,农民工组织支持感的提高及职业焦虑水平的降低,可以提高其工作满意度。 In order to discuss the relationship among career anxiety, perceived organization support and work satisfaction of migrant workers, migrant workers were randomly selected from the construction sites and private enterprises in Anhui Province. Measurement was carried out by self-rating anxiety survey, job satisfaction survey, survey of perceived organizational support. Results showed that career anxiety of migrant workers showed negative correlation with work satisfaction;perceived organization support played the partial intermediary role in the relation-ship of career anxiety and work satisfaction, and showed positive correlation with work satisfaction. Work satisfaction of migrant workers was normal, career anxiety took perceived organization support as the intermediary agent, and had negative prediction function on work satisfaction of migrant workers. The enhancement of perceived organization support and the reduction of work satisfaction level could both enhance the work satisfaction of migrant workers.
