发散式冲击波治疗梨状肌综合征的疗效及经济学评价

Economic evaluation and the efficacy of divergent shock wave in the treatment of piriformis syndrome

目的观察发散式冲击波治疗梨状肌综合征的临床疗效及经济学效益。方法将符合纳入标准的137例梨状肌综合征患者随机分为冲击波组71例与电针组66例，冲击波组采用发散式冲击波治疗，以压力2．0～3．5Bar，频率10—15Hz，次数2500—3000次；电针组采用普通穴位电针治疗。观察两组患者临床VAS评分及经济学效益。结果两组患者治疗后VAS评分及总有效率有显著差异，冲击波组优于电针组（P〈0．05）；且冲击波治疗的成本－效果分析明显低于电针治疗。结论发散式冲击波治疗梨状肌综合征具有良好的临床疗效，且安全可靠，可减轻患者的经济负担，值得临床推广运用。

Objcetive To observe the clinical efficacy and economics benefits of divergent shock wave in the treatment of piriformis syndrome. Methods 137 cases with piriformis syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into shock group （71 cases） and EA group （66 cases）. The shock group received divergent shock wave therapy with pressure 2.0 to 3.5Bar, frequeney of 10 to 15Hz, the number of times from 2500 to 3000. The EA group received ordinary electric acupuncture points. VAS score and economic benefits of two groups were observed. Results After treatment, VAS score and the total effective rate had significant differences between two groups, those of the shock group were better than the EA group （P〈0.05）. The cost - effect analysis of shock group was less than EA group. Conclusion Divergent shock wave therapy in the treatment of piriformis syndrome has good clinical efficacy, safety and reliability, it can reduce the financial burden of patients, which is worthy of clinical use.
