健脑通络汤联合尼莫地平治疗脑梗死后痴呆48例

JianNao TongLuo Tang Combined with Nimodipine in Treating 48 Cases of Infarct Dementia

目的:观察健脑通络汤联合尼莫地平治疗脑梗死后痴呆的临床疗效。方法:将96例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各48例。2组均给予益智药、营养神经药、钙离子拮抗剂、多肽类药物进行对症治疗,观察组同时服用健脑通络汤,每日1剂。2组均连续治疗2个月。结果:总有效率、不良反应发生率观察组分别为89.58%、20.83%,对照组分别为72.92%、43.75%。临床疗效及不良反应发生率2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MMSE评分治疗后2组均明显升高差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组升高更明显差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尼莫地平联合健脑通络汤治疗脑梗死后痴呆可提高临床疗效,改善症状,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective： To survey clinical effects of nimodipine combined with Jian Nao Tong Luo Tang in treating infarct dementia. Methods： All 96 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. Both groups accepted symptomatic treatment such as nootropic, nutrition nerve agent, calcium antagonist, polypeptide drugs and others, the observation group took Jian Nao Tong Luo Tang, one dose per day, both groups were treated for two months consecutively. Results： Total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group were89.58% and 20.83%, higher than 72.92% and 43.75% of the control group. The difference showed statistical menaing in the comparisons of clinical effects and the incidence of adverse reaction between both groups（P〈0.05）. MMSE scales of both groups raised obviously after treating（P〈0.05）, the improvement of the observation group was more notable（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Nimodipine combined with Jian Nao Tong Luo Tang in treating infarct dementia could improve clinical effects and the symptoms, as well as reduce adverse reaction.
